  I purchased a Phil and Ted's Navigator stroller from the store. I contacted the store directly, as I needed it shipped to New Jersey. There wasn't much information about shipping on their website. I spoke to Charlie at the store. He was very helpful, and organised to ship the stroller by FedEx. I made the final order through the website, which he then followed up to ensue it would be shipped promptly. I received it two days later. I am delighted with the purchase! Thanks to Charlie for being so helpful:-)
