  Dear Mr. Richard Gonzalez this has been so far the worst experience I ever had with city bank. This location has to greatly improve their customer service, long lines of up to 2 hours. Pictures of this location show the amount of customers and the lack of representatives that are aveilable.
  As a long time loyal customer of city bank I would like to make this my home branch, I would really considered doing that if changes are made to provide better services to all your loyal guest.
