  They give you very little time to use the computer. It's only 45 minutes for all the entire day. People here are sleeping and talking in their phone and nobody says anything to them. The computers are dirty. The staff is OK though, that's why I gave 3 stars.
  
  The library lacks of books, organization. It's really sad to see a library like this so poor in educational materials.

  Depressing place. They have hardly any good books. Not much to pick from in the adult section. The children's section is another story - it's cheerful and well-stocked, so at least I can recommend that part.
