  Kevin is the utmost professional and a pleasure to work with. He communicated to me exactly what he would be doing every step of the way which made this project stress free.
  I was also quite impressed with Kevin's knowledge of difficult co-op board rules, insurance requirements and their various requests. Kevin completed and shared all necessary paperwork in a timely manner and with a lot of patience, therefore getting the job approved by a tough NYC co-op board was an easy process.
  Most importantly, I am delighted with the final product in which Kevin was instrumental in delivering. My apartment looks fabulous!
  Kevin is a rare find, he is honest, punctual and his work is exceptional.
