  The receptionist staff here sucks! You call daily and they forward the calls to the after hours office. They are unprofessional when they do pick up and have no respect for patients money clearly . Health care is not free and so the best service should be given at all times! Why have a phones service and never pick up ? Why have an after hour service and ask for patients to leave a message and then never respond? Big turn off and the doctors are wonderful! But speaking to the staff to get to the doctor is a no no! And it's all the staff every time there's new hires like fix the hiring process or change who is hiring ! It only gets worse each time! Answer the damn phone like that's mainly a reception purpose besides from checking in patients
