  I hate all HRA offices. The staff have nasty attitudes and slow. No reason to be in there for hours. Not enough staff to assist the amount of people coming in for assistance. Why don't the hire some of the people coming in there?? There should be a room in each office where people can come to fill out applications for positions and training.
