  My FAVORITE place to have a BBQ lunch..celebrate a birthday...have a community event...ride a community canoe. ..nice and quiet during the week. ..a little busy on weekends...with bday parties/BBQ.
  nice and remote...They really should keep this park up....it REALLY is a nice little park...PARKS DEPT. Plz fix the water play area for kids...some of the nice little structures need repairing. ....Plz fix the BBQ grills..some are rotted on the bottoms. .coals are falling thru...
  The porta potties were very clean when I visited a week ago...if the PARKS DEPT is hiring....I would love to be a keeper of this park! I have a WHOLE LOT of wonderful ideas to help make this SMALL little park another one of the GREAT structures of the Bronx's Park!
